nope, thats about it, new offsets will start growing from the cut soon, and the cut piece just needs to be dried till it forms a dry skin over the wound before placeing on some sand to grow roots... don't water it dosn't have roots.

So can this tall cactus be cut? I keep hearing about taking cuttings. But how? It is just 1 huge cylinder. The only option seems to whop off the top. That can't Be right, though.
